We use digital marketing to help our clients engage their prospects in productive conversations. In order to start the ball rolling we use a combination of data to identify relevant contacts in companies which will benefit from using our client’s products and initiate a conversation. This Privacy Policy describes how we obtain the data, how we use it, our legal basis for using the data, and your rights relating to your personal data. We may process data obtained from third party data suppliers. Where this is the case we will ensure that the supplier has the appropriate lawful basis in place and is GDPR compliant. We will also ensure that we have appropriate evidence of consent where necessary or have an alternative appropriate lawful basis and GDPR compliance processes in place to allow us use your data.
We may process information contained in or relating to communications between us. This ‘Correspondence Data’ is processed for the purposes of communicating with you, record-keeping and to optimise our targeting process. We store your personal data on third party (Microsoft Azure) servers.
We may disclose your personal data to:
- other companies within our group to the extent that there is a legitimate interest in doing so to support our business aims;
- our clients to provide our services to them, where we have collected your data in order to provide our service to our clients, we share your data only with that specific client. Where this is the case, we will respect your right to be informed and ensure that you are given the option to opt-out of marketing at first contact and in all subsequent communication. The Privacy Policy of our client will include their contact details to ensure you are able to exercise your rights at any time.
- our agents and service providers, to the extent that they require access to the data in order to provide goods/services to us or to you (for example, the provision of prizes if you enter a prize draw);
- law enforcement agencies in connection with any investigation to help prevent unlawful activity;
- a third party purchaser if we sell our business, in which case, customer and user information will be a transferred asset.
